One payment covers your registration and your first month of membership. After that it is TZS 3,000 a month, renewed from the member portal or the mobile app.

No. Health information is optional when you register, it is visible only to authorised NACOPHA staff, and it is never printed on your card or shared with anyone else.

No. The NIDA number is optional. Your name and phone number are enough to start.

Choose "pay later" during registration. Your application is saved and you can complete the payment from the member portal, or at a regional office, when you are ready.

Chagua "lipa baadaye" wakati wa usajili. Maombi yako huhifadhiwa na unaweza kukamilisha malipo kupitia akaunti yako, au ofisi ya mkoa, utakapokuwa tayari.

Sign in to the member portal or the app, tap "Renew", pick your mobile money network and confirm the prompt. You will be reminded before your card expires.
